Dua for Eid Day Morning
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ
"Allahumma inni as'aluka khayra hadhal yawm"
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this day.
Dua on seeing the Eid Moon
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ
"Allahu Akbar, Allahumma ahillahu 'alayna bil-amni wal-iman"
Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, bring this moon over us with security and faith.
Dua for Forgiveness
رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا
"Rabbana faghfir lana dhunoobana wa kaffir 'anna sayyi'atina"
Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds.

"And to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you, and perhaps you will be grateful."
Wa litukmiloo al-'iddata wa litukabbiroo Allaha 'ala ma hadakum wa la'allakum tashkuroon
